Abstract:
Provided is a filter which has a relatively small pressure loss and is capable of stably collecting dust for a long period of time. This filter collects a substance to be collected in a fluid and comprises: a first flow path of a diameter such as not to be blocked by the substance to be collected; a second flow path of a diameter different from that of the first flow path and such as not to be blocked by the substance to be collected; and a partition wall which partitions between the first flow path and the second flow path, wherein the whole or a part of the partition wall is composed of a filter material for collecting the substance to be collected.
