Abstract:
This filtration device has a plurality of filtration units. Each filtration unit includes: a first electrode in which a plurality of first openings are provided; a second electrode in which a plurality of second openings are provided, and which is provided facing one surface of the first electrode; a filtration material in which a plurality of apertures are provided, and which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first filtration chamber that is provided in contact with the other surface of the first electrode; and a third electrode that is provided to the first filtration chamber and that faces the first electrode. There are also provided two second filtration chambers in which the filtration units are positioned while lined up in one direction, and which are provided between the two second electrodes.
