Abstract:
This filtration element and filtration equipment in which the filtration element is used have a wire on the outer periphery or inner periphery of a tubular frame that is wound in a coil shape, and gaps in adjacent wire coil sections are formed as coil-shaped filter pores, and said filtration element and filtration equipment that is equipped with the filtration element is characterized in that: the cross-sectional shape of the wire is configured as an inverted trapezoid, the side that is in contact with the tubular frame is configured as the short side, the long side is configured as the filtration surface, an insertion groove is disposed on the short side, and a protrusion that is capable of engaging with the insertion groove is disposed on the tubular frame side; and by keeping the size of the base end of the protrusion the same size as the insertion groove opening, the size of the filtration pores formed between the long sides of adjacent coils can always be maintained at a certain size.
