Abstract:
A fin arrangement method using a radially expanding and contracting positioning pin rod, comprising: adding a fin receiving plate on a stamping press receiving table, wherein the receiving plate and receiving pins constitute a basic structure for receiving fins; after the receiving is completed, returning the receiving plate, the receiving pins and a fin stack (102, 203) together to an arrangement position; disposing two rows of radially expanding and contracting positioning pin rods (103, 204) above or below the arrangement position, wherein the positioning pin rods are capable of passing through the receiving plate and fin holes of the fin stack; passing the positioning pin rods through the fin stack and the receiving plate, wherein ends of the positioning pin rods are each inserted into and connected to an end support member such that the positioning pin rods are vertically positioned; causing the positioning pin rods to radially expand and contract once, so as to concentrically align the fin holes in each layer of fins; and removing the positioning pin rods from the fin stack, thereby achieving arrangement of the entire fin stack and preparing the same for automatic pipe insertion.
The fin arrangement method can greatly simplify pipe-insertion processes and devices in the field of air-conditioning heat exchangers and increase the level of automation.
