Abstract:
A fine bamboo powder, which is prepared by using plant leaves of grass (Graminae) and bamboo (Bambusoideae) as raw materials, has a stable emerald green color and the average grain size of the powder is between 800 to 10000 meshes; a total amount of ≥60% of dietary fiber, a content of ≥20% of lignin and ≥7% of minerals; at least comprising three or more bamboo leaf characteristic components, such as orientin, isoorientin, vitexin, isovitexin, adenosine, δ-hydroxylysine and p-coumaric acid. The preparation method for the fine bamboo powder comprises, in sequence, performing blanching and color protection, drying and grinding the raw materials until superfine. By utilizing the thermal stability and light stability of the fine bamboo powder, the fine bamboo powder may be used as a raw food material, a functional ingredient, or a dietary supplement.
