Title:
FINE BUBBLE GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/157485
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a fine bubble generator that has a relatively simple structure and that makes it possible to efficiently produce ultra-fine bubbles. The fine bubble generator is an ultra-fine bubble generator comprising a cylindrical interior side wall and closing walls which close both ends thereof, the side wall is equipped with a fluid introduction port and one of the closing walls is equipped with a gas/liquid discharge port, the fluid introduction port is provided closer to the gas/liquid discharge port from midway between the closing walls so as to pass through the side wall in a tangential direction of the cylindrical interior side wall, and a spiral groove is formed in the cylindrical interior side wall. The angle of inclination of the fluid introduction port in the fine bubble generator is approximately the same as the angle of inclination of the spiral groove. As a result of the present invention, shear is generated in the spiral groove with respect to a swirling flow of a gas/liquid mixture generated within the fine bubble generator between the swirling flow and said spiral groove, the swirling capacity of the swirling flow is additionally maintained by setting the angles of inclination so as to be approximately the same, and it is thereby possible to obtain extremely fine bubbles within a fluid and efficiently produce ultra-fine bubbles.
