An electrically conductive fiber having a fibrous core material and an electrically conductive material coated on the surface of the core, wherein the fibrous core has an average fiber length of 1 to 5 $g(m)m, an average fiber diameter of 0.01 to 0.5 $g(m)m and an aspect ratio of 3 or more, an electrically conductive resin composition comprising the electrically conductive fiber and an electrically conductive yarn manufactured by spinning the electrically conductive resin composition.
