Abstract:
Provided are fine fibers having a modified surface which are formed from, as a spinning material, a resin composition comprising a highly branched fluoropolymer (a) and a thermoplastic resin (b), in accordance with an electrospinning method. The fine fibers retain the material properties inherent in the matrix polymer, and the surface thereof has been highly modified. The fine fibers can be easily produced. Also provided are a process for producing the fibers and a method for modifying the surface of fine fibers.
