Abstract:
This fine hollow protrusion (1) manufacturing method comprises a protrusion part forming step of bringing a convex part (11) having a heating means into contact from one face (2D) side of a substrate sheet (2) which is formed including a thermoplastic resin, and, while softening with heat a contact portion (TP) in the substrate sheet (2), penetrating the substrate sheet (2) with the convex part (11) and forming a protrusion part (3) which protrudes from another face (2U) of the substrate sheet (2). The method further comprises a cooling step of cooling the protrusion part (3) with the convex part (11) penetrating the inner part of the protrusion part (3). The method further comprises a release step of, after the cooling step, removing the convex part (11) from the inner part of the protrusion part (3) and forming a fine hollow protrusion (1).
