Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide fine oxide particles that can be obtained through simple steps using a solid phase reaction while reducing production cost and that achieve excellent yield and productivity as an industrial product. Specifically, provided are fine oxide particles that contain a zirconium phosphate having a crystal structure of Zr2O(PO4)2, that further contain molybdenum (Mo) and zinc (Zn), and in which the content of zirconium (Zr) is 61.0-91.0 mass%, the content of phosphorus (P) is 5.0-18.0 mass%, the content of molybdenum (Mo) 0.05-19.0 mass%, and the content of zinc (Zn) 0.02-12.0 mass%.
