Abstract:
Provided are a fingerprint recognition device and an electronic apparatus. The fingerprint recognition device is applied to an electronic apparatus having a liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. The fingerprint recognition device comprises: a prism provided at a sidewall of a middle frame of the electronic apparatus and used to reflect or refract a first optical signal emitted from a light source, such that the reflected or refracted first optical signal is radiated to a finger above the LCD screen; and a fingerprint recognition module provided under the LCD screen and used to receive a second optical signal so as to acquire a fingerprint image of the finger, the second optical signal being part of the first optical signal which is reflected by the finger and passes through the LCD screen.
