Abstract:
A fingerprint recognition OLED display panel and a display apparatus. Optical fingerprint recognition is to use a polysilicon layer (203) of a TFT array in an OLED display panel to make a fingerprint recognition sensor (204), and by means of reducing the number of thin film transistors, a space occupied by the polysilicon layer (203) of the TFT array on a fingerprint recognition and polysilicon common layer (210) is reduced, thereby acquiring a space for making the fingerprint recognition sensor. In addition, since an optical fingerprint recognition sensor is made in the display panel, image display and fingerprint recognition sensing of the display panel can be realized simultaneously, thereby better realizing a fingerprint recognition function in a display area.
