Abstract:
A fingerprint sensing chip and a terminal device. The fingerprint sensing chip comprises: a first signal (B), a second signal (C) and a drive signal (D), wherein the fingerprint sensing chip generates the second signal (C) based on the first signal (B) and generates the drive signal (D) by performing ground raising on the second signal (C); and the drive signal (D) is used for providing a drive voltage for fingerprint sensing. The terminal device comprises: a power supply and the fingerprint sensing chip, wherein the power supply is used for supplying power to the fingerprint sensing chip; and the fingerprint sensing chip is used for sensing a fingerprint. By integrating a first chip and a second chip in the prior art into one chip, the complexity of producing two chips is reduced, the area occupied by the entire circuit is reduced, and the requirement of a user for a terminal device to be thinner and thinner is met. In addition, the fingerprint sensing chip carries out ground raising on a drive voltage for fingerprint sensing so as to remove the uncomfortable feeling of a user when using a fingerprint to authenticate a terminal device.
