Abstract:
A finished product winding device for textile fabric production and processing, the device comprising a mounting base (6), a winding roller (3) arranged on an upper side in a carrier frame (4), and a winding electric motor (5) arranged on a surface of one side of the carrier frame (4), wherein a tensioning assembly (1) is arranged on the side of an upper surface of the mounting base (6); the tensioning assembly (1) comprises a tensioning box (102); the tensioning box (102) is arranged on the side of an upper surface of the mounting base (6); a fabric inlet (103) and a fabric outlet (110) are symmetrically provided in two sides of the tensioning box (102); a first guide roller (104) is rotationally arranged inside the tensioning box (102), at the side of the tensioning box that the fabric inlet (103) is provided; a second guide roller (109) is rotationally arranged inside the tensioning box (102), at the side of the tensioning box that the fabric outlet (110) is provided; a supporting frame (107) is arranged on a lower side in the middle of the tensioning box (102); a tensioning roller (105) is rotationally arranged in the supporting frame (107); a nut is arranged on one side of the supporting frame (107); one end of the nut is rotationally connected to a longitudinal lead screw (106); the longitudinal lead screw (106) is rotationally arranged in an adjustment groove (108); and a cleaning assembly (2) is arranged outside the tensioning box (102), at the side of the tensioning box that the fabric outlet (110) is provided. The device can adjust the tension of fabric, can guarantee the smoothness of the fabric, and can remove dust and fluff from the fabric, so as to have a good cleaning effect.
