Abstract:
Disclosed is a finishing method for polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabrics by dip-padding. The method comprises the following steps: unwinding the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric, guiding same into a dipping tank, and after having been dipped into a dipping liquid in the dipping tank, then subjecting same to padding, a drying treatment by passing same through a dry channel, and winding to obtain a dip-padding-finished polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabric. The dip-padding finishing method of the present invention allows the polyvinyl alcohol that originally does not possess a heat-sealing performance to possess the heat-sealing performance for secondary processing, thus facilitating the achievement of processes such as side sealing, sealing and continuous bag-making, and thereby significantly improving the article processing efficiency and reducing costs; at the same time, the fiber joints in the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabrics are made to be more stable, thereby further improving the mechanical performance thereof; and the elongation at break of the polyvinyl alcohol is improved, thereby allowing the polyvinyl alcohol non-woven fabrics to be softer and more comfortable.
