Abstract:
A fire alarm apparatus according to the present invention comprises an alarm means for carrying out a fire alarm, a receiving means for receiving a wireless signal, and a control means for controlling the alarm means and the receiving means. The control means is configured to carry out a fire alarm via the alarm means if the wireless signal which is received via the receiving means is an alarm signal. The control means is configured to derive a link standby period which includes a transmission time when the alarm signal is transmitted, interrupt the receiving means until the link standby period commences, and operate the receiving means during the link standby period, if the wireless signal which is received via the receiving means is a fire candidate signal.
