Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fire-extinguishing ball for extinguishing a large forest fire and, more specifically, to a fire-extinguishing ball filled with a fire-extinguishing powder agent so as to be dropped by means of an aerial vehicle, thereby extinguishing a forest fire, the ball comprising: a forest fire-extinguishing case body in which an accommodation space is provided; a fire-extinguishing powder agent filled in the accommodation space of the forest fire-extinguishing case body; and a moisture absorbent filled in the accommodation space of the forest fire-extinguishing case body so as to remove moisture, and thus the forest fire-extinguishing case body for accommodating the fire-extinguishing powder agent is made from an eco-friendly material so as to prevent environmental pollution, and has a simple structure so that the accommodated fire-extinguishing powder agent can be quickly dispersed into the air during dropping from the aerial vehicle, thereby effectively extinguishing the forest fire.
