The present application provides a fire fighting truck, a fire fighting sprinkler system and a control method therefor. The fire fighting sprinkler system comprises a water pump, a fire monitor, a first valve body, a second valve body, a liquid supply device, a flow sensor, and a pressure sensor. The liquid supply device is communicated with the fire monitor by means of a first liquid pipeline, and the water pump and the first valve body are sequentially arranged on the first liquid pipeline in the extension direction of the first liquid pipeline. The second valve body is provided on a second liquid pipeline, one end of the second liquid pipeline is connected between the water pump and the first valve body, and the other end of the second liquid pipeline is connected to a water device. The flow sensor is used for acquiring the flow value of the first valve body, and the pressure sensor is used for acquiring the pressure value of the second valve body. The fire fighting sprinkler system has three working modes, namely, a constant voltage mode, a constant current mode and a direct control mode, and compared with an existing fire fighting truck, the fire fighting sprinkler system can adapt to various working conditions, and the reliability of the system is improved.
