Abstract:

This fire-resistant heat-insulating coating material (3) for piping (2) comprises a polyisocyanate, a polyol, a trimerization catalyst, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, and an additive. The additive is provided with a foamed polyurethane heat-insulating layer that comprises a flame-retardant urethane composition containing: red phosphorus; and at least one substance selected from among phosphate esters, phosphate-containing flame retardants, bromine-containing flame retardants, boric acid-containing flame retardants, antimony-containing flame retardants, metal hydroxides, and needle-shaped fillers.
