Abstract:
A fire-resistant weathering steel plate/strip and a manufacturing method therefor. The fire-resistant weathering steel plate/strip comprises chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.02-0.06% of C, 0.1-0.55% of Si, 0.4-1.7% of Mn, P≤0.03%, S≤0.007%, 0.30-0.80% of Cr, 0.20-0.60% of Mo, 0.004-0.010% of N, Als<0.001%, 0.001-0.006% of B, 0.01-0.08% of optional Nb, 0.007-0.020% of total oxygen [O]T, and with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, and comprises one or two elements of 0.10-0.60% of Cu or 0.005-0.04% of Sn, Mn/S≥250, and Pcm≤0.27%. According to the present invention, residual elements such as Sn and Cu in scrap steel are used for smelting, and a microalloy element such as Mo/Cr and an element B are selectively added; basicity of slag, a type and a melting point of an inclusion in steel, free oxygen content of molten steel, and content of acid-insoluble aluminum Als are controlled by smelting; casting is performed by using dual-roller thin-strip continuous casting, a cast strip is subjected to online hot rolling, and runout cooling uses a gas atomization cooling mode.
