Abstract:
A fire-retardant flexible mesh structure and a manufacturing method thereof refer to fire-retardant flexible mesh used for seats and the manufacturing method thereof. The flexible mesh is formed by using longitudinal flexible monofilament to weave latitudinal high-tensile multifilament, and then using the multifilament to weave warp and weft yarn, improving associativity of the warp and weft yarn, and making mesh fabric difficult to deform. The woven flexible mesh is impregnated with flame retardant and a padding level thereof is controlled by using a roller. Then the impregnated flexible mesh is dried through a drying oven to become the fire-retardant flexible mesh. A mesh fixing apparatus of a chair can be utilized to integrate the flexible mesh with the chair so as to provide a chair support and a relative safe flame retardant function for vertical chairs or indoor chairs.
