Abstract:
A fireproof plate (100) comprises a porous flame-resistant layer (10) and an intumescent flame-retardant material (20). The porous flame-resistant layer (10) is provided with a first main surface (101), a second main surface (102) opposite to the first main surface (101), and at least one gap (11). The gap (11) forms an opening in at least one of the first main surface (101) and the second main surface (102). The intumescent flame-retardant material (20) is filled in the at least one gap (11), and forms an intumescent carbon layer when the intumescent flame-retardant material (20) is heated. The fireproof plate (100) can be used as a door core plate, and can be used to prepare a fireproof door having a fire rating up to 2 hours.
