Abstract:
A fitness center for steep-gradient running. The fitness center for steep-gradient running comprises armrests (1), a frame (2), a driving device (3), holding devices (4), a first lifting mechanism, a running belt (6), a front roller (7), a rear roller (8), a running platform (9), an electric motor (10), an electric motor control panel (11), a brake resistor (12) and a gradient sensor (13), wherein two ends of the running belt (6) are respectively connected to the front roller (7) and the rear roller (8) in a winding manner; the gradient sensor (13) is arranged on the running platform (9), and the gradient sensor (13) can automatically record gradient data when the gradient of the running platform (9) rises and falls; the electric motor control panel (11) adjusts power consumption outputted by the electric motor (10) to the brake resistor (12), such that the running belt (6) can keep a constant speed at higher and lower gradients; two sides of the frame (2) are respectively fixedly provided with one holding device (4), each holding device (4) is rotationally provided with one armrest (1), the driving device (3) drives the armrests (1) to rotate relative to the frame (2), and then the armrests are held and fixed by means of the holding devices (4); and the front portion of the running platform (9) is connected to the first lifting mechanism, and the first lifting mechanism drives the front portion of the running platform (9) to ascend and descend. When running on a steep gradient, a fitness user can grasp the rotating and held armrests to do exercise similar to rock climbing.
