A tire fitting device (10) includes: an arm (21) for moving toward a tire (32); a striking roller (23) for applying a striking force in the vicinity of a bead part (34, 35), the striking roller (23) being attached to the arm; a receiving roller (24) for receiving the tire to which the striking force is applied; and an elastic member (40) for elastically supporting the receiving roller.
