Abstract:
A five-phase inverter dual three-phase motor driving circuit and a system vector control method, the driving circuit comprising two three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors, a five-phase inverter, a controller, a reference current generator, a hysteresis controller, a pulse generation unit, a current detection sensor, a Hall element sensor, a current comparator and a direct current power supply. The system vector control method employs a manner of current hysteresis control: first obtaining various phase current errors; then sending phase current errors in phase windings connected to various independent bridge arms to the hysteresis controller respectively; sending the sum of phase currents in two phase windings connected to a common bridge arm to a hysteresis comparator, a generated signal passing through a pulse width modulation (PWM) generating unit; finally using the PWM generating unit to control two motors. The method is applicable to various five-phase inverter dual three-phase motor systems, being simple to implement and having a wide range of applications.
