Abstract:
A reciprocating type linear-cutting electric razor blade cartridge, comprising a fixed blade holder (1) and a fixed blade (2). The fixed blade holder is provided with left and right supporting parts (11) for supporting the fixed blade from the two sides; an inner containing cavity (10) is formed between the fixed blade and the fixed blade holder; hair inlet grooves (25) are formed between the fixed blade and the fixed blade holder; a movable blade (3) matched with the fixed blade is provided in the inner containing cavity; a middle mounting hole (21) is formed in the middle of the top wall of the fixed blade; a middle blade net (4) which penetrates through the middle mounting hole and protrudes above the top surface of the fixed blade is provided in the inner containing cavity; and a middle blade (5) which is matched with the middle blade net and can reciprocate back and forth for cutting is provided below the middle blade net. The electric razor blade cartridge further comprises a transmission component (6) which is used for connecting the movable blade and the middle blade with a power device of an electric razor. The electric razor blade cartridge is simple in structure and small in size, and has the cutting function part protruding from the middle and provided above the fixed blade, thereby achieving good cutting performance. Further provided are a fixed blade of the reciprocating type linear-cutting electric razor blade cartridge, and a method for manufacturing the reciprocating type linear-cutting electric razor blade cartridge.
