A fixed wing aircraft and a flight control method and system therefor. The flight control method comprises: setting a landing point for a fixed wing aircraft; calculating a landing runway, wherein the landing runway takes a runway origin as a starting point and takes the landing point as an ending point, the landing runway is formed by alternately connecting horizontal runways with inclined runways, the horizontal distance between the runway origin and the landing point is determined in accordance with the type of the fixed wing aircraft, and the coefficient of the descent rate of the inclined runways changes with the horizontal length; acquiring a current position of the fixed wing aircraft, and calculating a return route, wherein the return route takes the current position of the fixed wing aircraft as a starting point and takes the runway origin as an ending point; and making the return route and the landing runway form a return course, and controlling the fixed wing aircraft to fly in accordance with the return course, so as to make up for the deficiency that an existing fixed wing aircraft is damaged easily during the process of landing due to misoperation, so that the fixed wing aircraft can automatically return without manual control of an operator, thereby reducing the damage and further achieving the automatic and intelligent flight of the fixed wing aircraft.
