Abstract:
A fixing structure for a water pump casting, comprising a fixing bottom seat (1), a fixing seat (2) being fixedly connected to the top end of the fixing bottom seat, a groove (8) being provided at the bottom end of the fixing seat, a first rotating shaft (9) being provided in the groove, a top plate (5) being provided above the fixing seat, and clamping plates (3) being provided on sides, close to each other, of the top plate and the fixing seat, and clamping grooves (4) being provided on sides, close to each other, of the two clamping plates; the top plate is movably connected to one of the clamping plates, the other clamping plate is fixedly connected to one end of the first rotating shaft, and the other end of the first rotating shaft is movably connected to the fixing bottom seat by means of a first bearing seat (10). The fixing structure for a water pump casting can simply and conveniently fix a water pump casting, and can automatically rotate the clamping plates according to needs, thereby changing the position of the water pump casting; and when other faces of the casting need to be machined, re-fixing of the casting is avoided, improving the working efficiency, and facilitating practical operations.
