Abstract:
Provided are a flame atomizer (II) and a trace sodium online monitoring system, which relate to the technical field of online analytical instruments. The flame atomizer (II) comprises an atomizer chamber (110), a first chamber (120), a second chamber (130) and a third chamber (140), which are configured to communicate with each other in sequence. The atomizer chamber (110) is provided with a sample-introduction capillary (111), an oil-free compressed air inlet (112) and an atomizer chamber outlet (113), wherein the atomizer chamber outlet (113) communicates with the atomizer chamber (110) and the first chamber (120). The first chamber (120) is provided with a fuel-gas inlet (121) and an impact ball (122), wherein the impact ball (122) is arranged facing the atomizer chamber outlet (113). The second chamber (130) is provided with a high-temperature gas inlet (131), and the second chamber (130) is filled up with a phase-change heat storage balls (132). A burner (141) is arranged above the third chamber (140), the burner (141) is provided with a purified air inlet (142), and an annular central perforated combustion head of the burner (141) communicates with the third chamber (140). By using the flame atomizer (II), the technical problems of a low atomization rate, low flame temperature and unstable flame combustion, etc., of an existing flame atomizer can be effectively solved.
