A flame brazing control method used for copper-aluminum welding. Flame of mixed combustion of natural gas, air and oxygen is taken as a heat source, and a molar flow ratio of natural gas, air and oxygen is controlled to be within a range of 1:10-22:0.3-2.2. The present invention further relates to an automatic welding machine used for copper-aluminum welding, which takes flame of mixed combustion of natural gas, air and oxygen as a heat source, and comprises a three-way gas conveying system, a mixer used for the three gases, and a flow controller integration for controlling an electromagnetic valve and a flow valve in the three-way gas conveying system. The control method and the automatic welding machine overcome the defects of over-burning or under-burning of an aluminum part or uneven penetration of solder and a change of a crystal phase structure of a copper part in copper-aluminum flame brazing, and meanwhile, improve welding quality, a welding qualification rate and welding efficiency.
