Title:
FLAME-RESISTANT ACRYLIC FIBERS, FLAME-RESISTANT FIBER COMPOSITE, AND FLAME-RESISTANT MATTRESS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/181337
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to flame-resistant acrylic fibers containing 100 parts by mass of an acrylic copolymer, and 1-15 parts by mass of a magnesium compound having an average particle size of 0.3 μm or less, wherein the the concentration of carbon monoxide during combustion is less than 0.004%. The present invention also pertains to a flame-resistant fiber composite and flame-resistant mattress that contain said flame-resistant acrylic fibers. As a result, it is possible to provide: flame-resistant acrylic fibers that reduce concern regarding environmental impact, excel in spinnability, and are highly flame-resistant; and a flame-resistant fiber composite and flame-resistant mattress that contain said fibers.
