Abstract:
A flame-retardant fire-resistant power cable resistant to spray and vibration, comprising a flame-retardant outer sheath (1); an outer waterproof hose (2) is provided in the flame-retardant outer sheath (1); a flame-retardant inner sheath (3) is provided in the outer waterproof hose (2); the inner wall of the flame-retardant inner sheath (3) is connected to anti-vibration assemblies (4); and the inner side of each anti-vibration assembly (4) is connected to a conductor (5). The outer waterproof hose (2) and an inner waterproof layer (52) provide a double-layer waterproofing effect, such that the flame-retardant fire-resistant power cable resistant to spray and vibration can be used for a long time even under a long-time spraying condition. In addition, an inner ring (42) of the flame-retardant fire-resistant power cable resistant to spray and vibration can move in the radial direction of an outer ring (41), such that some of the anti-vibration assemblies (4) are compressed, and the other anti-vibration assemblies (4) are stretched; inner sleeves (47) drive main shafts (45) to rotate around central blocks (44); during the rotation of the main shafts (45), springs (48) at different positions will be compressed or stretched; and thus, the power of vibration is absorbed by means of the springs (48), and the energy generated by vibration is converted into the potential energy and centrifugal force by the rotation of the main shafts (45), so as to quickly absorb the energy and achieve the anti-vibration purpose.
