Abstract:
Provided is a polyester elastomer resin composition that has superior flame retardancy without using a halogen-based flame retardant, and can achieve both heat aging resistance and retention stability. This polyester elastomer resin composition includes 5-50 parts by mass of a phosphorus-based flame retardant (B) that has a mean particle diameter D50 of 20 μm or less and has a phosphorus concentration of 15 mass% or more, per 100 parts by mass of a polyester elastomer (A) that is obtained by bonding a hard segment and a soft segment, said hard segment comprising a polyester that has an aromatic dicarboxylic acid (a) and an aliphatic and/or alicyclic diol (b) as constituent components thereof, and said soft segment comprising a dimer acid (c), the included quantity of said dimer acid (c) being 1-25 mol% per 100 mol% of all dicarboxylic acid components.
