Abstract:
A flame-retardant windproof flaky wadding, which is obtained by using a polymer that contains an imide ring as a base material, and interweaving and compounding same with at least one polyester fiber in a spinning stage. Further provided are a preparation method therefor and a special apparatus. The flame-retardant windproof flaky wadding uses a polyimide fiber as a base material and a variety of fibers as auxiliary materials, and by means of adjustments to the preparation method and the special apparatus, the windproof, warmth-keeping and flame-retardant effects of the flaky wadding are ultimately improved; moreover, various fibers in the flaky wadding are highly mixed, such that a homogeneous, moderately crosslinked and fluffy mixed structure is formed, thereby greatly reducing the probability of a layered structure falling off during a traditional process.
