Abstract:
The present invention provides a flameless combustion industrial furnace, using reverse air injection technique, which is capable of enhancing combustion efficiency and solving a problem of an acidic gas at the same time by injecting air in the reverse direction to the flow of a fuel and a combustion gas; a reverse gas recirculation system, which can reduce pollution materials by injecting a high-speed gas in the direction from the upper portion to the lower of a combustion chamber near to an exhaust gas exit and which has highly efficient reaction performance due to internally induced flow recirculation; and a fuel cell system applying a catalyst-free fuel reformer using reverse air injection technique, in which the fuel cell system uses a high-speed reverse air injection type catalyst-free fuel reformer, instead of using a catalyst, thereby rapidly increasing the temperature, reducing the operation costs for catalyst replacement, and enabling easy management.
