Abstract:
A flameproof felt, comprising a three-layer composite structure, i.e., upper and lower surface fire facing layers (A) and an intermediate barrier layer (B). The barrier layer (B) consists of an inorganic sheet material having a temperature above 1000ºC. The flameproof felt has a volume density of 1200-2300 kg/m3. The fireproof and flameproof nonwoven fabric has characteristics of good flame resistance, excellent flameproof performance, light weight, softness, and high insulation, and is applicable to occasions requiring fireproof performance and thermal insulation such as a battery upper cover, automobile interior decoration, and a building.
