Abstract:
A flat cantilever feeding device, comprising long pipe temporary storage frames (1), short pipe temporary storage frames (2), lifting frames (3) and grabbing manipulators (4), wherein at least two long pipe temporary storage frames (1) are transversely arranged at intervals in parallel, and are used for storing long pipes and continuously supplying the long pipes to a flat cantilever production line by means of a rotary motion; the short pipe temporary storage frames (2) are located on rear sides of the long pipe temporary storage frames (1) and are used for storing short pipes; the lifting frames (3) are arranged on one sides of the long pipe temporary storage frames (1) and are used for supporting the long pipes placed on the long pipe temporary storage frames (1), and the height of the lifting frames (3) can be adjusted; and the grabbing manipulators (4) are arranged above the long pipe temporary storage frames (1) and the short pipe temporary storage frames (2), and are used for clamping and conveying cantilever pipes placed on the long pipe temporary storage frames (1) and the short pipe temporary storage frames (2). The continuous supply of the long pipes in the flat cantilever production line, storage of the short pipes, and automatic grabbing and conveying of the cantilever pipes are achieved; automatic feeding of the flat cantilevers is achieved; and the production efficiency of the flat cantilevers is improved.
