Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is: to provide a flat multi-hole tube in which a desired cross-sectional shape is formed after a tube expansion process, and which is closely bonded to a fin plate row without any gaps therebetween; and to provide a heat exchanger in which there is improved close bonding and high heat-transfer performance between the flat multi-hole tube and the fin plate, as well as a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger. A flat multi-hole tube (1) is provided with a flat outer tube (2), and a plurality of barrier walls (4) that divide the interior of the outer tube (2) into a plurality of flow paths (3a-3g), the width (Wa, Wg) of the flow paths (3a, 3g) at the two ends of the outer tube (2) in a cross-section being greater than the width (Wd) of the flow path (3d) at the center of the outer tube (2).
