Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a flat plate vibrator device for concrete construction on a sloping roof, and a construction method, which belong to the technical field of engineering construction. The flat plate vibrator device comprises a left side vibration device and a right side vibration device; the left side vibration device and the right side vibration device are respectively located at the left side and the right side of a sloping roof, the left side vibration device and the right side vibration device are symmetrical relative to the center of the sloping roof; the left side vibration device comprises a flat plate vibration body, a vibrator and a controller, the flat plate vibration body is arranged parallel to the left side of the sloping roof, and the vibrator and the controller for controlling the vibrator are provided on the flat plate vibration body. The device and method of the present invention can reduce the number of workers when pouring concrete on a sloping roof, increase the construction speed of the sloping roof, and improve the concrete forming quality of the sloping roof; and the devices at the two sides are hinged to each other, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability in mechanical operation.
