Abstract:
The present invention provides a flat substrate heating device comprising: a module supporting plate having a plurality of unit module areas on the upper surface thereof; a plurality of laser light source modules having a plurality of laser light source elements and seated on the unit module areas of the module supporting plate, respectively; a power supply substrate disposed under the module supporting plate and supplying power to the laser light source modules; and electrode terminals for electrically connecting the laser light source modules and the power supply substrate while separably fixing the laser light source modules and the power supply substrate to the upper surface and the lower surface of the module supporting plate.
