A flexible antenna, a manufacturing method therefor and an electrocardiogram patch. The flexible antenna comprises a flexible thin film substrate, the upper surface of the flexible thin film substrate being provided with an inverted-F circular arc-shaped antenna structure and a first upper surface base having an arc-shaped periphery. The flexible thin film substrate is further provided with a feed port. The inverted-F circular arc-shaped antenna structure comprises a circular arc line segment serving as a main radiation unit, a first line segment connected to an end part of the circular arc line segment, and a second line segment connected to the middle of the circular arc line segment, the first line segment of the inverted-F circular arc-shaped antenna structure being connected to the first upper surface base, the second line segment of the inverted-F circular arc-shaped antenna structure being connected to the feed port, and the circular arc line segment of the inverted-F circular arc-shaped antenna structure being arranged to extend in the extension direction of the arc-shaped periphery of the first upper surface base. The flexible antenna exhibits good stretching and bending deformation performance, thereby being suitable as an electrocardiogram patch to be applied to the surface of a human body, and solving the problem of complex strain of a body area network node in a wearing scenario.
