A flexible casting mold and a construction method, the flexible casting mold comprising a mold outer wall (21), a first inflating space (20), and a casting space (10). At least one inflating frame structure (30) is provided within the first inflating space (20); the inflating frame structures (30) are communicated with or independent of each other; a second inflating space (31) is provided in the inflating frame structure (30); the at least one inflating frame structure (30) contacts the mold outer wall (21) to support the first inflating space (20). The construction method comprises: precasting a flexible casting mold, the shape of the casting space (10) being made to be the same with that of a structure to be casted; filling the first inflating space (20) or the first and second inflating spaces (20, 31) with gas, so that the flexible casting mold is expanded completely; and filling the casting space (10) with a material to form the structure to be casted. The method directly provides a mold for a building structural part on a construction field by using an integrated inflating structure, and is applicable to on-site casting of structures for on-land, overwater, or underwater construction.
