Abstract:
Disclosed are a flexible circuit board (10) and a display apparatus (100). The flexible circuit board (10) comprises a substrate (1) and a circuit element (2). The substrate (1) comprises a functional area (11) and at least two redundant areas (12) respectively located on two sides of the functional area (11). The circuit element (2) is arranged in the functional area (11) and is used for connecting to signal lines and transmitting signals, and the circuit element (2) comprises a signal input end and a signal output end. The display apparatus (100) comprises a display panel (20), a circuit board (30) and the flexible circuit board (10), the circuit board (30) is electrically connected to an input end of the functional area (11), and the display panel (20) is electrically connected to an output end of the functional area (11). By widening one side of an input end of the flexible circuit board (10), the problem that the peeling of the two sides of the input end under a force directly leads to the circuit breaking of corner lines on the flexible circuit board (10) is prevented. Furthermore, the propagation of cracks in the redundant areas (12) can be blocked by providing through holes (121), so that the integrity of the corner lines of the flexible circuit board (10) can be protected, and normal picture display by an open cell can be ensured.
