Abstract:
The present application discloses a flexible conductive superhydrophobic coating and a preparation method therefor. Firstly, subjecting silver particles to hydrophobic modification by means of alkyl mercaptan. Secondly, mixing a thermoplastic elastomer and the hydrophobic silver particles uniformly in an organic solvent, and then spraying the resultant on a rubber substrate pre-stretched to a certain ratio by means of an external force. Finally, after the coating has been dried, removing the external force to relax the rubber substrate so as to give the coating surface a significant roughness and forming a conductive path, thereby producing a flexible conductive superhydrophobic coating on the basis of the rubber substrate. The coating prepared in the present invention has a water contact angle of 152-162° and resistance of 101-103Ω at room temperature, and has excellent electrical conductivity, acid and alkali stability and stretchability. Further, the coating can also maintain hydrophobicity and electrical conductivity in the stretched state, having a wide application prospect.
