The present invention relates to the technical field of display, especially to a flexible display substrate (1), a display panel, and a display apparatus. The flexible display substrate (1) comprises a flexible base (11) and an insulating layer provided on the flexible base (11). The flexible base (11) comprises a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a crack barrier structure is provided on the insulating layer corresponding to the non-display area, and the crack barrier structure is used for preventing a crack in the non-display area from extending towards the display area. The flexible display substrate (1) can solve the problem of service life being affected by water and oxygen entering an organic electroluminescent structure.
