Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments comprises: a display in which a second housing can move in a first direction or a second direction with respect to a first housing by means of a driving device and which has a first display region when the second housing moves in the first direction with respect to the first housing and expands to comprise the first display region and a second display region when the second housing moves in the second direction from the first housing by means of the driving device; and a processor operatively connected to the display and driving device, wherein the processor may be configured to change the behavioral range of an avatar according to information about the expansion of the display to correspond to the changed behavioral range or switch to expanded avatar content, and thereby adaptively provide an avatar service to a user according to the situation.
