Abstract:
Provided is a flexible feeding device, comprising: a support frame (1); a vibration tray body (2), wherein the vibration tray body (2) is arranged above the support frame (1) and is connected to the support frame (1) by means of damping springs (3), one side face of the vibration tray body (2) is provided with a guiding-out opening (20), and two sides of the guiding-out opening (20) are symmetrically provided with elastic guiding-out plates (4) having a distance therebetween gradually decreased in the direction of material being guided out; and one or two sliding adjustment mechanisms (5), wherein the sliding adjustment mechanisms (5) are mounted on the two sides of the guiding-out opening (20) of the vibration tray body (2), head ends (40) of the elastic guiding-out plates (4) are fixedly connected to the vibration tray body (2), tail ends (41) thereof are fixedly connected to slide blocks (51) on the sliding adjustment mechanisms (5), and the sliding adjustment mechanisms (5) slide to drive the telescopic opening and closing of the tail ends (41) of the elastic guiding-out plates (4), such that adjustment of the opening size of the guiding-out opening (20) is realized. The flexible feeding device can be applied to the feeding of materials with different widths, and the scope of application is very wide; and the elastic guiding-out plates (4) serve to converge and block the materials, such that the materials are output in a single line from a scattered state, thereby realizing flexible feeding of the materials.
