Abstract:
A flexible guide vane structure of a flow-area-adjustable mixed flow pump, the mixed flow pump, and an adjustment method. The flexible guide vane structure comprises flexible guide vane blades (17) and a flexible guide vane adjusting device; the flexible guide vane adjusting device comprises supporting ribs (8), supporting rib bases (5), and base driving mechanisms; the flexible guide vane blades (17) are fixedly mounted on the supporting ribs (8); and the change of the shape of the flexible blades is achieved by means of the base driving mechanisms and the supporting rib bases (5). The mixed flow pump comprises the flexible guide vane structure and a flow cross section feedback adjusting system, the flexible guide vane adjusting device is mounted inside a guide vane hub (2), and the angles of the supporting ribs (8) are adjusted by means of the flow cross section feedback adjusting system on the basis of the real-time working condition of the mixed flow pump, so that the flow area of the guide vane blades (17) is adjusted. The guide vane structure optimizes the flow field structure in a guide vane and improves the efficiency of the mixed flow pump.
