Abstract:
A flexible parts feeder of the present invention comprises: a parts accommodation unit having an accommodation groove for accommodating parts; a top plate supporting the parts accommodation unit; a plurality of linear actuators coupled to the top plate and performing a linear reciprocating motion; and a control unit which is connected to the plurality of linear actuators so as to control the plurality of actuators. Accordingly, the present invention has resonance-driven type linear actuators so as to convert the inertia force of a driving unit into elastic energy of a spring and increase driving efficiency, thereby being able to reduce noise, heat, and residual vibration in the vertical downward direction, and lower power consumption.
