Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a flexible-rigid integrated composite material having shape memory functions, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The composite material comprises three layers, which are positioned from outside to inside: a surface decorative layer, a protective layer and a flexible liner layer. The protective layer is a plastic or a vulcanized plastic, and the plastic is softened by heating at 55 °C or higher, and crystallized and hardened when the temperature is lower than 55 °C. The flexible liner layer is a foamed polyurethane, rubber or a foamed rubber, and the flexible liner layer and the protective layer are formed into an integral structure by means of hot-fitting or co-vulcanization. The surface decorative layer is a coating layer. The present invention, according to the material shape memory principle and the principle that Eucommea rubber and the like crystal materials are melted into an amorphous state when the temperature is increased to 60 °C or higher and thus can be freely molded, uses separate mixing and vulcanization processes to prepare a freely shapable personalized protective device or auxiliary device for disabled persons. The prepared protective device or auxiliary device can be adjusted to a personalized device that best fits the shape of the human body according to different body configurations of different groups of people.
